Kursk State Medical University has a strong international reputation. KSMU has been handling an important state task of education export development for several decades. Since 1994 the University has been providing teaching to foreign students in English. For the moment the University has signed over 40 agreements with foreign higher education institutions including 12 European universities. About 30% of students are foreigners. The alumni from 61 countries take great pride in having graduated from Kursk State Medical University.

MU-Varna signed a tripartite agreement with AO Research Institute Davos (Switzerland) and the Technical University of Varna
A tripartite collaboration agreement between Varna Medical University, AO Research Institute Davos (Switzerland) and the Technical University in Varna was signed on 27th September 2017. The agreement envisages joint scientific research, organization of trainings, conferences, scientific practices, qualification improvement courses, innovation technologies as well as joint guidance of PhD students and young researchers.
Medical University of Sofia has won a project for the exchange of Erasmus lecturers and students with the University of Hiroshima, Japan for the academic year 2016/17. In connection with the implementation of the project activities, during the period from July 1 to July 8, 2017, three lecturers realized an Erasmus Mobility for Teaching at the University of Hiroshima.
Nazarbayev University hosts III International Scientific Conference on Personalized Medicine and Global Health
On September 15, National Laboratory Astana at Nazarbayev University hosted the III International Scientific Conference "Personalized Medicine and Global Health." Well-known researchers of leading universities and centers of near and far abroad, representatives of the state and commercial organizations of education and public health of Kazakhstan attended this year’s conference.
SCUT is looking forward to seeing cooperation with the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California (USC), which is another step for SCUT’s plan of building the Guangzhou International Campus.

On August 16, “2017 China-Austria Dialogue on Health and Elderly Care Cooperation, Wenzhou - Austrian Workshop, One Belt One Road Initiative-Economic and Cultural Elites Meeting in Wenzhou” jointly sponsored by Wenzhou Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office (WFOCAO), Wenzhou Civil Affairs Bureau and Wenzhou Medical University (WMU) was held at the Sheraton Hotel.
Two projects headed by Nazarbayev University from Kazakhstan became finalists and winners of the 2017 International Project Excellence Award, which included over 55 member-states.
