Acting Rector: Irina Krasina, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor.

Dr. Krasina was born in 1960 inKrasnodar. She graduated from Krasnodar Order of the Red Banner of Labor Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Technology of Bread, Pasta and Candy Production.

She has been honored with the following awards and recognitions:

- a breastplate "For the development of student research work,"

- a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation,

- an industry award "Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation,"

- an honorary title "Honored Worker of Higher School of the Republic of Adygeya."

Dr. Krasina is a highly qualified educator, a well-known scientist in the field of food and processing industry, the author of over 500 scientific and methodological works including eight monographs, 58 patents for invention, 11 utility patents. She is an expert in the field of state accreditation of educational institutions and scientific organizations at the Federal State Budget Agency "National Accreditation Agency" of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science.

Irina Krasina is married, has two children.
