Rector of Russian New University (RosNOU): Vladimir Alekseevich Zernov, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Private Educational Institutions of Higher Education and Professional Education Institutions of Russia (ANVUZ Russia), a member of the Executive Board of the Russian Union of Rectors.

V.A. Zernov studies the education quality problems, attestation and accreditation of higher education institutions in Russia and abroad, the issues of innovative and scientific development and its influence on economy competitiveness, state and society. Vladimir Alekseevich pays special attention to the novel developments in the field of health-saving technologies including those used in cardiometry.
