KUBAN STATE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY
KubSTU is the founder of Kuban higher school and science with century-old history.
The university provides training in secondary vocational education programs (four integrated groups) and in higher education programs:
– Bachelor's programs – 17 integrated groups,
– Master's programs – 14 integrated groups,
– Specialist's programs – five integrated groups,
– highly qualified personnel training in postgraduate training programs for academic staff – 20 integrated groups.
There are over 15,000 students from 70 regions of the Russian Federation and 35 foreign countries studying at the university.
KubSTU is listed among best 50 universities in the RAEX Universities Reputation Ranking in the field of IT and Engineering, Natural and Exact Sciences.
KubSTU was ranked 48th among 695 universities in the overall ranking of Russian HEIs "National Recognition: Best HEIs – 2019."
The university is one of the largest patent holders in Russia taking
the I-III places among enterprises and organizations, the winner and laureate of numerous international and All-Russian competitions. It was ranked 29th in the HEIs' inventive activity ranking – 2019, overtaking all HEIs in the Southern Federal District.
KubSTU was ranked 238th among 656 Russian HEIs in the state-funded enrollment quality ranking by the average score of the first year students enrolled.
KubSTU implements the projects within cooperation with strategic partners: the Business School and the Financial Literacy Center. The State Engineering Center “High Technologies and Food Security” is actively functioning at the university.
Twenty-two educational programs successfully accomplished professional-public accreditation carried out by the All-Russian Interbranch Association of Employers.
Eleven educational programs of KubSTU were chosen as the best programs according to the survey of the academic and professional community of Russia.
The volunteering development program “Generation of Goodness” implemented by the Volunteer Involvement Center “Polytechnic” was announced the winner of the regional competition “Volunteer of the Year-2019” in the Education category.
