Viktor L. CHEPLIAEV, Director of Povolzhsky Institute of Management, Branch of RANEPA, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor.

Mr. Chepliaev was born in 1956. He graduated from Saratov State University with a degree in Psychology in 1983. He has held public offices including First Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Saratov Region, Minister of Education of the Saratov Region, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Saratov Region.

Mr. Chepliaev has been Director of Povolzhsky Institute of Management, Branch of RANEPA, since 2013.
