Tatiana I. GULIAEVA, Interim Rector of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Orel State Agrarian University named after N.V. Parakhin," Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor.

Tatiana Guliaeva actively addresses issues of integration of education, science, business and the state for implementing priority areas of science and technology and innovative development of the agro-industrial complex (AIC). She pays much attention to the development of international cooperation with European organizations, agrarian universities, improves learning management taking into account the latest advances in the field of educational technologies in the context of digitalization.

Tatiana Guliaeva established the scientific school for economic substantiation of sustainable development of the AIC, development and efficient use of labor potential.

Tatiana Guliaeva’s teaching and research activities resulted in publication of more than 140 scientific papers including 35 articles in the central scientific journals recommended by the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of the Russian Federation, six study guides classified by the Academic Methodological Association, ten monographs.
