Register for the competition. Complete the task. Send your entry to hed.contest@gmail.com. Wait for the result!

The competition entry can be submitted in writing or video format. The choice is up to you.

Here are a few steps for you to do.

1. Competitive work must correspond to one of the proposed topics:

2. Choose the essay format. Complete the competition task.

If you write an essay

  • text (up to 2,500 characters without spaces).
  • language - Russian, English. (+5 points for the Russian language)
  • Times New Roman, font size 12, line spacing 1.15.
  • don't forget to illustrate your essay with a thematic picture or collage.

If you shoot a video:

  • It must last no more than 3 minutes. (script and director's approach are chosen at your discretion)
  • Language - Russian, English. (+5 points for the Russian language)
  • Off-text/narration/subtitles are provided in a separate text file and attached to your application for participation.

Remember! The competition entry must be a fact-based project on cooperation between your country and the Irkutsk Region.

3. Send an email to hed.contest@gmail.com by April 30, 2021. Attach your competition entry file. Wait for the result!

Attention! Only entries posted on the Internet for the first time can take part in the competition.
