Dr. Olga Oleynikova has authored around 200 articles dedicated to the international trends of higher education development, internationalization, mechanisms and tools of the Bologna Process, and problems and prospects of the vocational education systems development in the European Union and Russia, comparative studies, lifelong learning strategies, social partnership, principles and procedures for quality assurance of vocational education, foreign VET systems, development of occupational standards, etc.
Dr. Olga Oleynikova is the laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize in the field of Education (2010), member of Comparative and International Education Society, member of the European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET), member of the International Vocational Education and Training Association (IVETA), director of the UNESCO-UNEVOC center (Moscow office).
Under the direction of Dr. Olga Oleynikova, the Centre for Vocational Education and Training (VET) Studies is engaged in research in the field of improving the quality and efficiency of Russian vocational and higher education, integrating Russian education into the European educational system, including internationalization. Since 2006 on the basis of the Center, the Erasmus+ National Office has been coordinating the components of the Erasmus+ program related to cooperation in higher education sphere.

The Centre of the Republic of Slovenia for Mobility and European Educational and Training Programmes (CMEPIUS) is a public institution working in the field of international projects and international mobility. CMEPIUS positioned itself as a relevant partner within national as well as international educational environment, striving for quality, taking the role of initiator, coordinator of knowledge, experience and ideas. Our main tasks besides co-ordinating the Erasmus+ programme in the field of education, training and sport are to support the developments and its impact on the field of education and training. We are especially strong in the quality assessment and research of the internationalisation of higher education. In addition CMEPIUS pursues national programmes of mobility (bilateral and multilateral scholarships of the Republic of Slovenia), Study in Slovenia initiative; EHEA project on internationalisation of curricula and acts as a Bridgehead Organisation of the EURAXESS National Centre.

Francisco Marmolejo is Lead Tertiary Education Specialist of the World Bank. He is based in Delhi where he oversees and supports higher education projects in India and in the South Asia region. During 6 years, he served as the Global Coordinator of the Network of Higher Education Specialists of the World Bank. Previously, Mr. Marmolejo served as founding Executive Director of the Consortium for North American Higher Education Collaboration (CONAHEC), a network of more than 160 higher education institutions primarily from Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, based at the University of Arizona (UA), where he also worked as Assistant Vice President. At UA, Francisco Marmolejo was Affiliated Researcher at the Center for the Study of Higher Education and Affiliate Faculty at the Center for Latin American Studies. Also, he has been Vice President of the University of the Americas and professor of the National Autonomous University in Mexico.
