Programme presentation. The bachelor degree programs have the following con-centrations: Financial and Tax Law, Civil and Entrepreneurial Law and International Financial Law.

The Faculty has been accredited by the Association of Legal Education (2010) and the Association of Lawyers of Russia (2012).

Teaching staff. The teaching staff consists of professional lawyers, experienced instructors, famous scientists who combine teaching and research. Many instructors work in the legal system, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions and in legal aid and consulting offices.

Such Honoured Lawyers of the Russian Federation as V.A. Baranov, A.P. Galoganov, V.N. Grechukha, L.Y. Grudtsyna, I.I. Kucherov, and A.B. Kashevarov, Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation are the program instructors. Among the teaching staff members are 36 Doctors of Law and 84 holders of the PhD degree in Law.

Students use textbooks authored by experts of the graduate departments of the Faculty.

Competitiveness of students. During the period of their study, the would-be law yers participate in different types of events. They take a proactive part in the Russian and international research conferences: the Eurasian Youth Economic Forum at the ECOMEN Institute of Economics and Management (Tallinn, Estonia), the International Model European Union Conference, the Moscow International Model United Nations in the Moscow Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign A airs of the Russian Federation, the Youth Law Forum, the International WTO Model Competition and others.

Students have an opportunity to participate in the exchange programs; they participated in such programs organized in Austria, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Poland, Portugal and France.

Interaction with employers. In the framework of the program, the Faculty cooperates with the government authorities, legal and commercial organizations. The students can gain work experience there and become subsequently employed in the organizations. Among the partners are: the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Arbitration Court, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Regional Bar Association and many others.

Legal professionals deliver lectures regularly to the students in the framework of the Experience Sharing program and the annual Legal Profession round table discussion session. The Faculty also invites overseas scholars and experts from Great Britain, France and the Netherlands to teach the students.
