The Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, awards six and the Department of Czech for Foreigners awards four three-month scholarships for studying Czech language, literature and culture, from October to December of the academic year. Applicants should be students of foreign universities (Czech studies) having a good knowledge of Czech language in order to be able to follow the lectures and attend seminars conducted in Czech.
