    Institute of Economics
    Institute of Economics specializes in training professionals in the field ofinternational economic relations, international trade, system economic analysis, and national economic system. 
    The Institute has highly qualified staff, conducts active foreign economic activities and research work. Institute graduates are employed in the representative offices of foreign companies, enterprises, banking and auditing firms, transport and logistics companies, travel agencies and hospitality industry.
    The Institute maintains and develops relations with foreign educational institutions. Among them are:

    Institute of Finance and Law
    The Institute of Finance and Law is a center of training specialists in the areas of finance, banking, money circulation, law, accounting, audit, taxation, investment and securities market.
    The departments work directly with employers of the Ural Federal district and other regions of the country.

    Institute of Trade, Food Technologies and Service
    The Institute of Trade, Food Technologies and Service specializes in training specialists for various sectors of the economy: consumer market (retail and wholesale trade), agriculture, food industry, commerce and logistics, hotel business and tourism, public catering.
    The Institute of Trade, Food Technologies and Service offers 11 Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and continuing education programs. 
    Over 90% of the teaching staff of the Institute has Doctoral and Candidates of Sciences academic degrees. The Institute conducts research in the field of development and evaluation of food quality and safety, business quality management systems, expertise of goods and food, design of logistic systems.
    One of the structural units of the Institute is a laboratory complex, equipped with modern laboratory and research equipment. Students are offered the opportunity to have internship at regional companies: federal and regional trade and food businesses, large food processing enterprises, certification agencies, the Ural Customs and others. 
    The Institute has collaborated with leading enterprises of the city, region, the Black Sea coast area, Caucasus, Crimea and far abroad (Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Greece).

    Institute of Management and Information Technologies
    The mission of the Institute is to ensure the global competitiveness of its graduates, taking into account the most important trends in the labor market, higher education and the demographic situation. The Institute’s partners in student training and research work are the largest Russian and foreign employers: SAP, TMK, League of Digital Economy, UMMC, PWC.
    The Institute of Management and Information Technologies trains qualified specialists in the field of personnel management, management, marketing, information technology. The Institute graduates work in large Russian and international companies and banks such as SKB-Kontur, SAP, Naumen, Sima-Land, Unilever, Sberbank, VTB, SKB-Bank, state and municipal authorities.

    Postgraduate Studies 
    Training of research and pedagogical staff is one of the USUE strategic avenues. For the last 50 years, USUE has gained a wealth of experience in research advice and consulting of candidates for academic degrees; has formed scholarly traditions in various fields of science (economics, technology and food commodity science, analytical chemistry). The talent pool of the University is teaching staff who combine fundamental academic knowledge with excellent business experience. Training of post-graduate students and scientific consulting of doctoral students are carried out at a high research level. 

    College
    College entrants will normally be expected to have basic general education (9 forms) or general secondary education (11 forms). The College offers vocational training in the field of Economics and Management, Service, Land and Property Regulations, thus employing the concept of continual learning environment «School-College-University».

    Department of Corresponding Studies
    This form of study allows students to combine work and study and apply gained knowledge at their working place. This factor ensures training of professionals who have a competitive advantage in the labour market. Graduates are able to successfully solve complex strategic and tactical problems that any company or business can face in the changing economic environment. 

    Institute of Lifelong Learning
    The Institute offers programmes for applicants with secondary vocational education and with higher education. 

    Institute of Distance Learning 
    The Institute of Distance Learning offers higher education opportunities with the use of modern distance learning technologies. Distance learning allows students to combine studying with work and family commitments without having to physically attend classes, which enhances their career prospects.

    The Centre offers courses that allow students along with course in their major to simultaneously attend other courses to target their personal needs:

    Institute of Public Administration
    The main activity of the Institute is to offer training programs to civil and municipal employees: additional professional education, professional retraining and advanced training. The programs are aimed at enhanced professional competencies and communication skills of specialists in public and local authorities.
