Universidad Estatal de Vorónezh

Voronezh State University is a classical university, the largest university in the Black Earth region, and a cultural and research center in Russia. VSU offers programs at all degree levels in a wide range of areas, from humanities and social sciences to natural and exact sciences, including fundamental medicine. The university has a strong focus on the quality of educational standards and the use of up-to-date teaching methods.

Arrival and adaptation

• VSU supports students starting from the date of their entry to Russia. They can be transferred from an airport in the other region.
• Buddy Club volunteers help students check in at the dormitory, overcome everyday life problems, and solve administrative issues.
• The university staff members help students get health insurance and accompany them during a medical examination and mandatory fingerprinting.
• VSU teachers and staff members take an individual approach to each student, are open to communication, and respect international students.
• VSU’s national fellow-countrymen associations help international students stop feeling lonely far from their home country.
