Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts (ASICA) is the basic and the only regional higher education institution in Russia which trains staff in the field of culture and arts for the largest region of Russia – the northeast of the Arctic zone.
ASICA is one of the well-known leaders in training creative staff for the small-numbered peoples of the Arctic.
796 students from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), different regions of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia are studying at ASICA.
Admission
International applicants can apply to ASICA in two ways:
Firstly, you can study for free! For this purpose, you must apply for admission through the official portal of Rossotrudnichestvo – education-in-russia.com in autumn (the dates can change) and get a statefunded place at the institute.
Under the auspices of Rossotrudnichestvo, ASICA provides state-funded places for full-time students in the following fields of study:
