Awards and achievements. Students under the teachers' guidance became absolute winners of the IX International Contest of Student Research Papers and Projects (Cheboksary, March 18, 2021). The students received winner diplomas and personal medals.

Teaching staff. The percentage of scientific degree holders is over 93, including two Doctors of Sciences, one Guest Professor. Representatives of the real sector of the economy, such as oil and gas production, are involved in teaching.

Facilities and resources. Educational and research processes are carried out in classrooms that are fitted with technical equipment that runs licensed and open software.

Research. The teachers carry out research in the following fields: circular economy, sharing economy, quality economy, optimization of production processes (lean production).

Education. In the educational process, state-of-the-art educational models and technologies are used — gaming, project and research methods of teaching, cooperative models of teaching (group and teamwork), the Portfolio innovative assessment system for determining the path of personal development.

The bachelor's degree students in the Service field receive knowledge and skills in researching the process of rendering services to the consumer in the system of agreed conditions and customer relations.

Strategic partners. The organizations and companies of Tyumen, such as MMK Spetstrans, Svarservis. Recently, establishing scientific cooperation between Russian and international partners has been in the works.

Competitive advantages. As part of the program, a complex goal-oriented approach to training qualified undergraduates that have sufficient skills for further teaching activity is implemented. The program is delivered by teaching staff that has high scientific potential and vast practical experience.

The service specialist manages a service company's activity, creates and develops a client base, attracts new clients with the help of various events and offers, monitors the quality of service provided.
