Current position in rankings. As part of the Social Navigator project of Russia Today, an international news agency, Russian New University (RosNOU) has been included, following the study results, in Top 4 HEIs of the Russian Federation that were granted the status of leader in the HEIs of Management group. In 2017 RosNOU was ranked 5th.

The university is included in Top 300 QS EECA University Rankings. For the seventh time in a row, it has entered Top 100 Russian HEIs moving up by two positions in comparison with the previous year. RosNOU is also the only non-state university in Top 100.

Teaching staff. Training is provided by five Doctors of Sciences, seven Professors, and twenty Candidates of Sciences. All employees of the department have an academic degree. The representatives of the real sector of the economy including directors general, deputy directors, and heads of departments of major-related organizations are engaged in the teaching process.

Facilities and resources. All classrooms have state-of-the-art equipment: PCs, projectors, information stands, educational materials. The content of each academic discipline is presented on the website of the Autonomous Non-commercial Organization of Higher Education RosNOU. To implement the principal educational program, each student is provided with access to the university’s databases and library collections. All students can have simultaneous individual access to the electronic library system IPRbooks.

Research. The teachers, undergraduate students and master students of the department develop the research area “Experience in Evaluation and Use of Human Capital Assets in International Management and Marketing. Applicability in Russia.” Research findings are published in scientific articles, presented at scientific conferences, are a part of external research. The Department organizes major-related scientific circles.

Assistance and support for foreign students and teachers. Foreign students are supported by the International Affairs & Academic Mobility Directorate: it processes the documents required for receiving an invitation to study, a multi-entry visa; carries out the migration registration procedure when the documents determined by the Federal Law “Concerning the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation” are submitted.
