The program equips students with knowledge and practical skills in economics and finance and international business. Students get a comprehensive insight into organizing and functioning of business, from strategic decisions to operational processes, skills of economic analysis, financial substantiation of business decisions, and risk management. Students will be capable of creating models for business valuation, analysis and management of investment projects, and making managerial decisions in business systems. In addition to the skills of planning and developing business in traditional companies, students will be capable of analyzing digital ecosystems and marketplaces.

Awards. The program is taught by the best practitioners capable of getting theory across to students and illustrating it with practical examples competently and effectively. For more than 30 years, they have been training the most sought after specialists in the labor market. The following teachers: Candidates of Economic Sciences Nadezhda Ponomareva and Nadezhda Glubokova as well as Doctors of Economic Sciences Larisa Kartashova, Yulia Finogenova, and Irina Khominich have an honorary title of Honored Worker of Education of the Russian Federation. Students win the most prestigious international and national competitions, for example, the All-Russian Contest of Student Initiatives and the International Contest of Research Papers “Business Prospect.”

Accreditation. The program underwent state accreditation. At the same time, the program continues and substitutes for the Bachelor’s program in Economics (the Finance and Credit major) – Russia's first higher education program taught completely in English, with many accreditations, including the international accreditation carried out by the European Council for Business Education.

Practical training and internship facilities

PRUE’s base of industrial partners includes more than 600 public and private companies.

Employment. Graduates work in consulting (Kept, Technologies of Trust, Marillion Audit, etc), economics and finance departments of major companies in the leading industries (Yandex, Gazprom, Novatek, Lukoil, MTS, Rostec, Rosnano, Х5 group, etc.), banks, venture and investment funds (the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Sberbank, VTB Bank, Alfa Bank, Aton, Finam, Moscow Exchange, the Internet Initiatives Development Fund) as well as successfully run their own business.
