The program’s goal and tasks: the program is aimed at preparing Masters in the field or organization management using an entrepreneurial approach, who are capable of conducting research and teaching and guiding activities as well as using the gained knowledge and skills for conducting effective independent entrepreneurial activity or  working as mid-level managers in enterprises (state organizations and small, medium and large enterprises), including hi-tech and innovative companies.

Classes are conducted by PRUE teachers and visiting foreign teachers;

Studying in the cross-cultural environment (together with international students);

Entrepreneurial experience and practical knowledge of the program’s leading teachers, in particular, taking into account international companies’ practices.

Graduates can manage organizations, subdivisions, groups (teams) of employees, projects and networks; develop a corporate strategy, organization development and change programs and ensure their implementation; use modern methods of corporate finance management to fulfill strategic objectives; use quantitative and qualitative methods for conducting applied research and managing business processes and prepare analytical materials based on the results of their use; use methods of economic and strategic analysis of behavior of economic agents and markets in the global environment; generalize and critically evaluate the results of study of current management issues obtained by Russian and foreign researchers; present the results of the conducted study in the form of a scientific report, article, or paper; substantiate the rationale and theoretical and practical relevance of the chosen theme of the study; conduct independent research in accordance with the designed program.

Accreditation. The program has valid state and international accreditation. In particular, the program was accredited by the European Council for Business Education.
