The Agency is represented in 71 countries by 87 foreign missions – Russian centers of science and culture abroad that have received the informal name “Russian House.”

Promotion of Russian education in Africa can provide both parties with new invaluable opportunities as well as long-time and reliable allies.

A renovated Russian language multimedia classroom has opened at the Russian House in Colombo. The event is dedicated to the 225th anniversary of Alexander Pushkin, after whom the classroom is named.

The Russian House in Santiago held the first large-scale Russian education fair in Latin America, with the participation of 30 leading Russian universities.

In October, Colombo, the largest city in Sri Lanka, hosted a roundtable discussion as part of the working visit of Pirogov RNRMU specialists. It brought together graduates of Russian universities as well as medical practitioners.

In October, Pirogov University held a series of meetings in Sri Lanka aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation in medical education.
