Accreditation. State accreditation. Professional-public accreditation (the Union “Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Volgograd Region”).

Awards and achievements. The program has been listed among the best educational programs of Russia since 2021. Students are the winners of the National Inter-university Championship “Young Professionals” and the Open International Student Internet Olympiad on Economics Disciplines as well as winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian Olympiad “I am a Professional.”

Teaching staff. The program is delivered by five departments that employ highly qualified teachers, including Professors, Doctors of Sciences and Candidates of Sciences, Associate Professors as well as practicing specialists.

Learning outcomes. Professional student training includes in-depth study of theoretical and applied aspects of economic sciences necessary for cost-effectiveness analysis; planning and support of financial and economic activities of enterprises and organizations; introduction and optimization of business processes.

Facilities and resources. Specialized classrooms, state-of-the-art educational and research laboratories, multimedia rooms, computer classrooms fitted with necessary equipment and software.

Research. Each department has student research societies and clubs. Students take an active part in research and practice conferences at different levels, giving papers, publishing articles, and participating in research paper competitions.

The program meets current needs of economic entities and provides the opportunity to gain knowledge and competencies helping them to carry out consistent digitalization of traditional forms of business, financial and industrial relations, and forms of interaction of the population and enterprises with the state.

Career prospects and employment. Graduates of the program hold senior positions at enterprises of different forms of incorporation, managing economists at economic analysis departments, economic analysts at enterprises of different forms of incorporation, state and municipal authorities as well as scientific and design organizations.
