Students learn the basics of psychological and pedagogical work and social and pedagogical work in the following areas: educational process support, psychological education of subjects of the educational process, psychological prevention of various deviations, correctional and developmental work with students with health limitations and disabilities.

Research. The faculty has a student research society and science clubs. Every year more than 30% of students conduct research and participate in conferences and professional skill competitions such as A Step to the Profession; Let's Warm Each Other with a Good Word, and others.
