Awards and achievements. The program is a frequent winner of the contest “The Best Educational Programs of Innovative Russia.” Students participate in the Russian stage of the top international business management championship “Global Management Challenge,” contests such as It’s Your Move; Student of the Year of Yugra; the Battle of the Regions All-Russian Online Hackathon, the Manage! Management Cup, the Growth Point Yugra Business Management Cup.
Teaching staff. The teachers are members of the Free Economic Society of Russia, experts of the Youth League of Yugra Managers, the SOFT SKILLS District Youth Forum, linear experts in assessment of the demonstration exam in the Accounting competency according to the WorldSkills standards, independent experts of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia № 6 for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Area—Yugra, members of the commission for compliance with the requirements for official conduct of municipal officersand conflict of interest resolution of the Nizhnevartovsk administration, and members of the expert panel for scientific projects of Nizhnevartovsk State University.
Competitive advantages. The program is cross-sectoral, which makes it almost universal. Graduates can work in all areas of business or state management.
Career prospects and employment. The region’s professional community members are actively engaged in the educational process management. Among them are VTB Bank, Sberbank of Russia, Nizhnevartovskavia, Nizhnevartovskaya SDPP ((Inter RAO-Electrogeneration), the administrations of Nizhnevartovsk and the Nizhnevartovsk district, the Federal Tax Service Directorate for the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Area—Yugra, and others. The university’s cooperation with the region’s major enterprises (Samotlorneftegaz, a regional branch of Rosneft Oil Company; Integra-Burenie, SITEC, the RN-Servis branch in Nizhnevartovsk, the RN-Transport branch) creates employment opportunities for students.
