Awards and achievements. In 2023, the program was recognized as one of the best educational programs of innovative Russia.
Master’s students participate in regional and all-Russian research and practice conferences and project and professional skill competitions.
Teaching staff. The program is delivered by the teaching staff of five university departments, including five Doctors of Sciences, Professors, 20 Candidates of Sciences, Associate Professors, five Candidates of Sciences, teachers from among current employees of medical organizations in the region. The teaching staff’s professional competence, in the context of the development of medical education in Russia, scientific capacity and working experience in practical healthcare ensure high professional competence of future Master’s graduates.
The university develops academic staff mobility with the involvement of Russian and international researchers.
Learning outcomes. Adaptation of the gained competencies to the changing conditions of professional activity and social environment, development of job functions in cooperation with employers.
Facilities and resources. Research laboratories, a self-access center, multimedia presentation complex, computers with internet access, three libraries, two gyms, a playground. 2D simulators and VR technologies for honing practical skills.
Research. The university has a student science club that conducts research, project activities, and clinical research on innovative technologies in nursing practice; lean production in applied medicine; medical care quality and safety management; nursing care management.
