Teaching staff. All teachers have education relevant to the discipline they teach, most of them have academic degrees. The program is also delivered by the real economy sector's representatives: Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the Center – Oryolenergo, the GRADOAGROECOPROM research and design institute, Patent LLC, the Tekhnodom agricultural equipment supplier, Partner-Agro LLC, the All-Russian Research Institute for Mechanization in Agriculture (VIM).
Facilities and resources. The university has unique laboratory equipment, state-of-the-art instrumentation and production facilities. In cooperation with manufacturing companies, the university set up specialized classrooms: Rostselmash, Amazone, John Deere, Kirovets, Big Dutchman, an alternative energy classroom, and others, where students can get familiarized with the structure and peculiarities of operation and repair of machines and mechanisms.
Research. The promising areas include the following: research on digital agriculture using satellite navigation systems and autopilot control systems; research on the use of amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys in the manufacture of new parts for agricultural machinery and in the restoration and strengthening of the worn parts to extend its operating life; research on the influence of power supply reliability on agricultural enterprises' performance indicators and development of measures to improve reliability, and others.
Education. The university uses the modular learning technology. It also applies the methodology taking into account a practical constituent for training specialists who are able to quickly adapt to a changeable environment.
Strategic partners. The faculty maintains close partnership relations with universities of the Central Federal District and other regions of
International projects and programs. The university maintains partnership relations with HEIs of Europe, East Asia and

The university boasts highly qualified teaching staff; the unique expo center which presents agricultural machinery and tractors from Russian and foreign manufacturers: Rostselmash, Kirovets, John Deere, Amazone, Terrion, and others. Students study the systems of navigation equipment and machinery monitoring, learn how to set up this equipment for specific purposes.
