Awards and achievements. The program is on the list of Russia's best innovative programs of 2014. Certificate of Professional-Public Accreditation #016-0011, 12.12.2018, INO "AKKORK."

Teaching staff. The educational process is carried out by highly qualified teachers. The percentage of scientific degree holders is over 70. Three teachers are leading employees of project companies "Giprotyumenneftegaz" and "Institute of Geoinformation Systems." Employees of companies of fuel and energy complex and electric power organizations are involved in teaching.

The teachers have yearly internships at fuel and energy complex companies: Transneft-Sibir, Gazprom, Rosneft, as well as at electric power organizations — SUENKO and Rosseti Tyumen.

Facilities and resources. Seven specialized laboratories fitted with state-of-the-art equipment. Undergraduates learn the methods of conducting energy surveys and testing of power equipment, are trained to work in specialized software products. Option of practice at specialized companies.

Research. During the bachelor's degree training, participation in research work is a prerequisite. Due to this, the students regularly win all-Russian and regional Olympiads and student work contests. The students are the winners of the qualifying stage of the international engineering championship CASE-IN in 2018, 2019, 2020 in Electric Power Engineering.

Education. The bachelor's degree program is carried out in practical module format. This format implies theoretical module learning with practice at the premises of the region's leading companies.

Strategic partners. The partner companies are Rosseti Tyumen, SUENKO, Transneft-Sibir.

Competitive advantages. Classical training in fundamental disciplines is combined with practical classes in special disciplines at the premises of partner companies — SUENKO and Rosseti Tyumen that provide unique industrial equipment and a training ground. Special attention is paid to the newest trends in the development of renewable energy sources, digitalization, implementing modern power electronics equipment, converter equipment, highly efficient energy storage systems. An opportunity to get a worker's profession in the course of study.
