• Academic credential in the established standard form (diploma, transcript)

• Foreign education recognition (nostrification) certificate except in cases where you are not required to submit the certificate according to the Russian legislation (if available, it can be submitted within the first year of study)
• NEET certificate (for Indian citizens, medical specialties)
• Preparatory faculty/department completion certificate

Upon your arrival, you must submit to KBSU the following

• Police clearance certificate (if any)
• Vaccination certificate (if you have no certificate, you must do your antibody tests for rubella, mumps, diphtheria, measles)
• Referral from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia (for those applying for state-funded places within the quota)
• Copy of medical certificate confirming the absence of contraindications to studying in Russia issued by the official authority of the applicant's country of residence, in Russian
• Copy of medical certificate confirming the absence of HIV and AIDS issued by the official authority of the applicant's country of residence, in Russian
• Certificate confirming the absence of COVID-19
• Voluntary health insurance policy, including all necessary medical services
