I chose Irkutsk National Research Technical University as one of the leading technical universities in Russia with a strong foothold in engineering, especially in aircraft engineering. It was essential for me to get an education at a university that combines a fundamental theoretical background, research, and practical training.

What I appreciate most is the university's international environment, international student support, and the real opportunities for academic, scientific, and social self-fulfillment. The university develops not only professional competencies but also leadership qualities.

In addition to my studies, I am a professional karateka. Top-class sports require strict discipline, strategic thinking, and physical resilience. These qualities directly benefit me in my studies at the technical university. I am building a clear planning system: academic tasks, exam preparation, and training are prioritized. Karate develops endurance and concentration, while an engineering education develops analytical thinking. Together, this allows me to effectively combine professional sport and academic activities.

For two years, I was the Head of the International Student Council at INRTU. My responsibilities included representing the interests of international students, coordinating the team's work, and interacting with the university administration and external partners.

Particular attention was paid to the adaptation of international students. The adaptation program included orientation meetings, consulting support, and organizing cultural integration events. We regularly held master classes, educational forums, excursions, intercultural meetings, and international camps dedicated to the Sustainable Development Goals. We introduced the Country Ambassadors system, which enhanced communication among students from different countries and increased the level of engagement in the university’s social life.
