The HED Magazine Is Turning Three Years Old

The Higher Education Discovery magazine about education in Russia for international applicants is turning three years old. Over this period, the editorial team has done a lot. Our target audience includes applicants and their parents in more than 70 countries, compatriots living abroad, international students and graduates of Russian and Soviet universities, and attendees of Russian language courses.

In our regular columns, we tell you about the aspects of education in Russia, about the application process, migration regulations, scholarships; publish the content with the participation of outstanding international graduates of Soviet and Russian universities; give tips for learning Russian; write about the regions and cities, sights, museums, culture, and literature on a regular basis, and answer our readers’ questions.

Today, the HED magazine is the first outreach multilingual magazine for foreign citizens wishing to study in Russia is:

  • 22 issues
  • 8 regional issues in national languages
  • 70 countries
  • 12 languages
  • more than 115 partner universities

In 2020-2023, you could see the HED magazine at educational events in Türkiye, Mongolia, Vietnam, India, Egypt, and the Czech Republic.

On October 3-4, 2023, the magazine will be presented at the Forum of International Graduates of Soviet and Russian Universities – representatives of the educational and healthcare system of Asian countries. Asia will be represented by the following countries: Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, China, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, Sri Lanka. The event is organized by Rossotrudnichestvo.

On November 7-10, 2023, the magazine will be presented at the Forum of International Graduates of Soviet and Russian Universities – representatives of the educational and healthcare system of African countries in Tansania.
