Teaching staff. The teaching staff include Doctors and Candidates of Sciences, the heads and employees of organizations whose activities are related to the educational program being implemented.

The university has established partnerships with the top vendors of information systems: 1C, Galaktika Pro, SAP CIS, SAS Institute; with the MainComputerCenter, the branch of the Russian Railways company; the Roszheldorproekt construction design company, the Rosavtodor road transport company.

Students participate in all-Russian, regional and university olympiads in information science, mathematics, physics, economics and management, in business case competitions held by the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow and the Deloitte SNG, KPMG, EY companies, in the Business-Maximum game championships.

Alumni are employed as heads of departments of the largest Russian companies.

Facilities and resources. The university includes 12 buildings, with the House of Physical Culture equipped with a track-and-field facility, specialized gyms, and a swimming pool.

Students can participate in over 150 university, interuniversity, district and city events including the annual research conference on scientific developments of the RussianUniversity of Transport for the transport system as well as in the educational project of the Moscow Department of Education “University Saturdays.”

Opportunities for students. Internships are undertaken at the MainComputerCenter, at information computer centers of railways, the branches of Russian Railways company, at the Moscow Metro, the Research and Design Institute of Informatization, Automation and Communication in Railway Transport, the Railway Transport Research Institute. Students undertake international study placement at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, Dresden University of Applied Sciences, Costa Rica University of Technology.

Students can also study foreign languages at the LinguisticCenter of the university to obtain a professional interpreter certificate.
