Accreditation. State accreditation.

Awards and achievements. Students are winners of the International Olympiad on Management in the Professional Sphere “Superstar,” the All-Russian Student Actionade, laureates of research and creative contests.

Teaching staff. The program is delivered by 20 teachers, including five Doctors of Sciences and ten Candidates of Sciences. Among the teachers are Honored Workers of Higher Education, research fellows, heads of educational organizations in Moscow.

Facilities and resources. Classrooms with multimedia equipment, computer classrooms with modern software and interactive boards SMART Board.

Education. As part of the competency-based approach, teachers use active and interactive forms of classes such as business games and role plays, case study, group discussions to provide high-quality training for graduates.

Special emphasis is placed on practical training. While studying, Master students gain a set of necessary knowledge of educational organization administration, including records management at personnel departments, learn how to organize work of educational
institutions, promote them properly and bring them to the next level. After completing their studies, Master graduates can pursue a PhD degree in 5.8.1 General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education.

Research. Educational organization administration. The use of the Internet technology of interaction between individuals in the virtual learning environment in the educational organization administration system.

Competitive advantages. The program content is determined based on the analysis of requirements imposed on heads of educational organizations by the job market, the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education and professional standards, Russian
and foreign best practices adopted with the participation of leading experts in education management.

Employers and employment. Students undergo practical training at educational organizations. The rate of graduates employed according to their formed competencies is 80%. Future positions are faculty dean (institute director) of a college /university, head of the department of a college /university, school principal, head of a children’s home, foster home, further education establishment, deputy school principal, deputy head of a children’s home, foster home, further education establishment, head or chief specialist of the subdivision of the public education management system of a municipality or district, housemaster responsible for the educational process management at a pre-school educational institution.
