Awards and achievements. The program is a frequent winner of Best Educational Programs of Innovative Russia contests. Students are participants of the Russian stage of the top international business management championship “Global Management Challenge,”
contests such as It’s Your Move; Student of the Year of Yugra; the Battle of the Regions All-Russian Online Hackathon, the Manage! Management Cup, the Growth Point Yugra Business Management Cup.
Teaching staff. The teachers are members of the Russian Association for Entrepreneurship Education, the Guild of Experts in the Sphere of Professional Education, the European Marketing Academy (EMAC). Current heads and specialists of specialized organizations are engaged in the educational process. Students conduct research in the development of a conceptual approach to the region management based on the “lean production” system principles, study the issues and methods of increasing the effectiveness of corporate management in socio-economic conditions, analyze the development and building of workforce capacity and academic potential in the digital economy.
Competitive advantages. The program is cross-sectoral, which makes it almost universal. Graduates can work in all spheres of business or state management.
Employers and employment. The region’s professional community members such as state and municipal authorities, the Nizhnevartovsk City Administration, Nizhnevartovsk State Court of the KhMAA-Yugra, VTB Bank, Auditorskaya Pomosch, Business Plan are actively engaged in the educational process management. The university’s cooperation with the region’s major enterprises (Samotlorneftegaz, Integra-Burenie, SITEC) creates employment opportunities for students.
