Achievements. Every year students of the Management Faculty participate in scientific, mass sporting, creative and other events held at the university and outside it. Students are frequent laureates of the All-Russian Youth Management Cup “Manage!” Besides, students get state scholarships from the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation every year.
Teaching staff. The teachers are experts in business startup and development and management of state and municipal institutions, which is relevant to the majors within the Management program. The teaching process involves owners of business enterprises,
practicing management consultants, specialists in developing and giving business workshops on optimization and reengineering of business processes, management, sales experts as well as heads and specialists of state and municipal institutions.
Every year the faculty staff members take advanced training courses (Current Issues in Teachers’ Educational Activities in the Context of Digitalization in Education; State-of-the-Art Technologies of Project Activities in the Context of Digital Transformation; State-of-the-Art
Digital Technologies and Strategies in Management, and others).
Facilities and resources. The university has well-developed facilities and resources. There are state-of-the-art computers and modern licensed software. State-of-the-art information technologies such as training software packages, software
development tools, business process management modeling systems, software engineering environments are used in multimedia computer classrooms. Video projection equipment, interactive boards, the web communication system are used for studying and holding web conferences. All students have continuous access to ELS such as IPRbooks and Urite and electronic content of disciplines in the ISU VUZ learning management system.
Education. During classes, with the active involvement of students, the following business processes at modern organizations are simulated: establishment of an enterprise as a full-fledged legal entity, conclusion of agreements with partners, representation of a company’s interests at a tax office, in a court session, etc. Almost all management processes are simulated in business games. Students take part in managerial duels to hone leadership and public speaking skills in live dialogues. Special emphasis is placed on language training: students choose a foreign language to study during all four years of study. Every year students take an intensive full-immersion English language course in the first and the third terms as well as a separate course in Business Foreign Language in the Professional Sphere. As part of the disciplines such as Project Activity Basics; Project Activities as well as Project Management, students have an opportunity to run their own projects from idea generation to implementation, starting from the first year of study.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of Municipal Entity of Kazan, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Union “The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan,” Egida+ Company Group, High Technology Technopark “IT Park,” KAMAZ company, and others.
