Current position in rankings. As part of the Social Navigator project of Russia Today, the international news agency, Russian New University (RosNOU) was included, following the study results, in Top 4 higher education institutions of the Russian Federation that were granted the status of leader in the Higher Education Institutions of Management group. In 2017 RussianNewUniversity was ranked 5th.

Teaching staff. Three Doctors of Sciences and seven Candidates of Sciences are engaged in the educational process. All employees of the Department have an academic degree. The representatives of the real sector of economy including directors general, deputy directors, and heads of departments of major-related organizations are engaged in the teaching process.

Facilities and resources. All classrooms have state-of-the-art equipment: laptops, projectors, information stands, educational materials. The content of each academic discipline is presented on the website of the Autonomous Non-profit Organization of Higher Education RosNOU. To implement the main educational program, each student is provided with access to the databases and the library collections of the university. All students can have simultaneous individual access to the electronic library system IPRbooks (ELS IPRbooks).

Research. The teachers, undergraduate students and Master students of the Department of Management develop the research area "Experience in Evaluation and Use of Human Capital Assets in International Management and Marketing. Applicability in Russia." The Department organized major-related scientific circles for students of the Management program.
