Nalchik

It is the capital and cultural center of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the resort city of federal importance in the south of Russia. Nalchik is known as a starting point for trips to the region’s mountainous areas. The Elbrus region has popular centers for rock climbing, alpine skiing, and tourism.
