On October 24-26, 2024, the Novosibirsk Expocenter will host the International Exhibition and Forum “Educational Siberia” with the participation of more than 1,500 educators and heads of educational institutions.
The Africa International Festival and the telebridge with the Russian Houses of the Center for Public Diplomacy in Burkina Faso and Niger will take place as part of the forum. Here the representatives of the universities will tell their foreign colleagues and ambassadors of foreign states about higher education opportunities in Russia.
Today, Russian-African educational cooperation is experiencing a renaissance. This fact is also confirmed by the increasing numbers of free education quotas for African students at Russian universities, the increasing flow of applicants, and implementation of some new joint inter-country projects in education and science. There are a lot of arguments for the development of the Russian-African educational partnership. They are highlighted in the international magazine Higher Education Discovery supported by Rossotrudnichestvo. In November, the magazine will present a special issue for African applicants, “Africa - Russia: Say it in Russian.”
