Russia and Turkey are partners in a wide variety of fields. They have been developing academic and cultural relationships for many years. Today Turkish citizens are increasingly considering obtaining a higher education degree in Russia.

The richness of Russian linguoculture is comparable with the boundless spaces and resources of Russia, its humanistic values and opportunities provided for people by our country: education, career, research, social and personal development.

Russian universities are always happy to accept international students. Universities hold a variety of events so that yesterday's school students can quickly adapt to new living conditions and learning process. And this is not just about mass activities.

The project is implemented by the Open Education Center in the Russian language "Siberia.ru" with grant support from the Ministry of Education of Russia. In 2020 and 2021, more than 2,500 applications from over 80 countries were submitted.
