Teaching staff. Most teachers have postgraduate academic degrees and titles. All of them are actively involved in the implementation of research projects. Their research activities are supported by the grants of the President of the
Facilities and resources. The university has all resources for efficient organization of the educational process and students' recreational activities.
Research. The main research areas include: professional and personal training of a teacher in the context of modernization of education; professional education without borders – equal opportunities for people with disabilities (the Moscow Region project); phenomenology of modern childhood; regional aspect of teaching Russian language and literature; the project "The School of Social Inclusion Volunteers of the Moscow Region;" ridge model of the region's need for teachers; WorldSkills Russia; methodological support for a demonstration exam of graduates; the Regional Volunteer Center of the Abilympics Movement (the Moscow Region).
Education. The teachers use context- and project-based learning strategies, flipped classroom. Students undertake their study placement abroad and regularly participate in worthy causes and public awareness campaigns, work in summer children’s camps as counselors.
Strategic partners. The university maintains steadfast academic relations with research institutions of the
International programs and projects. The university cooperates with partner universities under the international academic mobility agreements. Students regularly win the grants for free education at foreign universities from Erasmus+, Stipendium Hungaricum.
