Submission dates

Bachelor's and Master's programs – June 20 – August 19

All foreign citizens can apply for preparatory, Bachelor's, or Master's programs.

Tuition-free education

Foreign nationals are entitled to higher education within the Russian Government quota.

Scholarship

All international students who study at VSUES for free and do not have any academic arrears get a monthly scholarship:

• Excellent marks – 8,000 RUB
• Excellent and good marks – 6,000 RUB
• Good marks – 5,000 RUB

International students studying within the quota get a guaranteed scholarship – 1,900 RUB.

Preparatory department

Attendees who completed the preparatory program and successfully passed final exams get a standard certificate which entitles them to continue their education at VSUES or any other Russian university.

Science

The university conducts research in close collaboration with the institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences according to national and regional priorities. There is a doctoral students school as part of the scientific school supervised by the VSUES Rector.

International students may work while studying. However, they must meet several principal conditions:

• They must be of age (18 and older)
• Have a corresponding permit from the Migration Service of Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs
