Programme presentation. The key advantage of the study programme is its diversity of training and present-day technological facilities. In the academic process the students master fundamental artistic and technical subjects within the study field and get familiar with the latest technologies. The artistic subjects develop the students’ skills in the field of visual and applied arts; IT-subjects – the skill of graphics programming. The technical disciplines provide the knowledge of the materials properties and present-day methods of their processing.
The academic process is facilitated by the advanced technological equipment owned by the Department, which includes metal processingcentres with programmed numerical control produced by DMG Machine building concern (
Teaching staff. The graduate department is composed of 3 professors, 17 associate professors, including the RF Honoured Workers of Science and Engineering. 10 post-graduate students annually study at the department, which is an undisputed indicator of the young people’s involvement in this field of study.
