Accreditation. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020.
Awards and achievements. In 2018, the department was recognized as the Best Department for Career Guidance and Olympiad Movement. In 2019, it obtained the grant from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research for holding the International Youth Scientific School “Young People and Business: Experience, Problems, Horizons of Interaction” (project № 19-010-20087). In 2019, the department won the All-Russian Continuing Professional Education Contest “Educational Marathon – 2019” (the Economic Security program).
Teaching staff. The program is delivered by the experienced academic staff having awards and certificates from federal and regional authorities, winners’ certificates of international and all-Russian contests and exhibitions, as well as the professional community representatives.
Facilities and resources. Classrooms fitted with multimedia equipment, computers and software and specialized educational laboratories (Laser Range; Counseling; Forensics) with access to Russian and international electronic library systems, online learning platforms, legal and analytical systems.
Education. Practice-oriented training, application of multimedia technologies, visualization systems, distance learning and e-learning technologies in the educational process.
Research. Economic security risk and threat management.
Competitive advantages. The interdisciplinary approach to developing the educational program that allows graduates to acquire a wide range of competencies such as legal, analytical, control and auditing, managerial, finance, socio-psychological, information, and
other competencies.
