Accreditation. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020.
Awards and achievements. Students are prize-winners of the professional skill championship according to WorldSkills Russia standards, the All-Russian Student Olympiad on Project Management “Quazar,” the Case Championship Case Room “Grani.” In 2019-2022, the degree-granting department staff implemented two RFBR grants and the research project supported by the Council for Grants of the President of the Russian Federation.
Teaching staff. The staff of the Department of Management consists of 19 people, including six Professors and 13 Associate Professors. Honored Workers of the RF and laureates of the Russian Government Award in Education are engaged in the program delivery. The academic degree holders ratio is 100%.
Facilities and resources. Classrooms are fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and computer technology ensuring access to electronic library systems. The university has seven gyms, a swimming pool, and five dormitories.
Education. Teachers use interactive teaching methods such as master classes, business workshops, business simulations and games, web quests, including those using Kahoot and Miro educational platforms allowing students develop digital skills sought after in the job market.
Research. The achievements of the scientific school “Current Issues in Theory and Practice of Corporate Management” and the Research and Education Center of Innovative Technologies in Management are introduced in the learning process.
Competitive advantages. Highly qualified teaching staff, a new educational building with state-of-the-art training equipment, practice-oriented training ensuring the development of competencies in business administration and management, marketing analytics, big data and artificial intelligence management, sought-after majors, the system of continuing management education, continuing education programs, the Presidential Program on Training Managers and Executives for the Enterprises of National Economy of the Russian Federation.
Employers and employment. Graduates are successfully employed by enterprises and organizations of various sectors of the economy such as the Stavropol Territory Government, Stavrolen, Stavropol Dairy Plant, Arnest, and others.
