Awards and achievements. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020. NCFU holds the annual international research conference for students and young researchers "Young Economists for the Future of Russia" and the research and practical conference "University Science for the Region" which brings together over 2,000 participants.
Teaching staff. The program is delivered by 59 teachers, 20% of them have an academic degree of Doctor of Sciences. Tax and bank officials are also engaged in the teaching process.
Facilities and resources of the university ensure all necessary conditions for classroom and independent academic and research work of students. Classrooms have multimedia and language learning equipment, computers and software. Students have access to Russian and international electronic library systems, regulatory and analytical systems.
Research. The Institute has three scientific schools and develops one research area. Researchers present their achievements at international research conferences, take part in developing modern learning technologies and implement grants at different levels. International research laboratories: "Project management, innovative, strategic and marketing research in Russian and international business environment," "Digital economy competency center," the international laboratory for modern technologies of human capital development.
Education. Teachers use state-of-the-art educational models and technologies: business games, workshops, case technologies, problem-based learning technologies, technologies of level differentiation, integrated learning technology, project technology, quest technologies.
Strategic partners. To improve a practical component of the educational program, NCFU focuses on cooperation with the Federal Tax Service Directorate of Russia, the Ministry of Finance, Sberbank of Russia, VTB 24, the Federal Treasury Department for the Stavropol Territory, the Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Stavropol Territory, business leaders.
International projects and programs. The institute organizes the international Winter Business School of NCFU "Digital Economy, Management and Finance: Professional Skills Development of Modern Manager" in cooperation with the University of Trento (Italy). It implements scholarship programs in cooperation with the universities in Italy, Portugal, Greece, Serbia, Hungary, and other countries.
Competitive advantages. Graduates hold managerial positions at top companies, business entities, government agencies, banks and financial companies.
