Awards and achievements. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020. The department won the contest held by the Free Economic Society of Russia "The Best Department of Economics" in the Management category in 2009 and was awarded the diploma “The Best Department in Academic and Methodological Work at NCFU” in 2016.
Enterprise management consultants are ranked among the Top 10 most sought-after professions according to Guthrie-Jensen, the international training firm.
Teaching staff. All teachers have academic degrees. The teaching staff includes seven Professors, 15 Associate Professors, five laureates of the Russian Government Award in Education.
Facilities and resources. The classrooms have state-of-the-art equipment and computer facilities. The university has seven gyms, a swimming pool, five dormitories.
Research. The department conducts research at the Research and Education Center of Innovative Technologies in Management on the topics relevant to the educational program.
Education. Teachers use distance learning technologies based on LMSM Мoodle, Cisco Webex and Big Blue Button platforms, taking into account each students' characteristics, the country's strategies, global trends.
Strategic partners. The Sapienza University of Rome, the University of Trento (Italy), the International Academy for Management and Technology INTAMT (Germany), Belarus State Economic University, federal Russian universities, major enterprises in the Stavropol Territory, etc.
International projects and programs. Every year NCFU participates in the project "Marketing Challenge of the University of Trento" and academic exchange with the Sapienza University of Rome, the University of Piraeus (Greece).
Competitive advantages include highly qualified teaching staff, a new academic building with state-of-the-art training equipment, the research and education center "Innovative Technologies in Management." The university provides practice-oriented training, and its academic majors are in high demand. The education continuity principle is a key factor of graduates' competitiveness. NCFU implements the system of continuing management education, offers continuing education programs, the Presidential Program on Training Managers and Executives for the Enterprises of National Economy of the Russian Federation.
