Programme presentation. A catering technologist is a creative occupation, which embodies ambitious ideas in the sphere of food production technology and food presentation.
In the framework of the educational programme, the Faculty carries out training of specialists who are able to organize small and large catering establishments at a high level, to conduct research in assortment development and improvement of catering production technology and to monitor the quality of production and services. Students may also get a second economic education at the University.
The Faculty of Technology maintains close cooperation in the research sphere with the Moscow State University of Food Production, the
Teaching staff. Highly-qualified specialists whose activities correspond to this educational programme work at the University. Teachers from 5 departments (over 60 teachers), among them are 13 professors including 9 Doctors of Science, over 40 Candidates of Science, assistant professors and senior teachers participate in the educational process.
