Accreditation. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020.

Achievements. The university is a member of the Association of Law Education, the Consortium of Innovative Jurisprudence. The institute established three specialized departments in cooperation with the top specialized regional organizations. Students
achieve good results in the All-Russian Student Olympiad “I am a Professional,” the federal universities’ Olympiads for those applying for Master’s programs, the Federal Internet Exam for Bachelor graduates.

Teaching staff. NCFU’s Institute of Law employs 89 teachers, including heads and employees of specialized organizations as well as foreign professors. The academic degree holders ratio is 84.3%.

Facilities and resources. There are specialized classrooms, a training judgment hall, a forensic laboratory, computer classrooms fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and software. E-learning resources have been developed and introduced in the learning process.

Education. Classes are conducted offline and online on the BigBlueButton platform and in the LMS Moodle system. State-of-the-art technologies, including distance technologies such as workshops, case study, e-learning, interactive research internships, project implementation, etc. are used in the educational process.

Research is conducted as part of the scientific school “Issues of Crime Prevention in light of Modern Criminal Law,” seven research areas, 15 research and education centers and research laboratories, including four international ones.

Competitive advantages. Fundamental training in Russian, foreign and international law, highly qualified teaching staff, cooperation with the top regional employers, cooperation with Russian and foreign universities and research centers.

Employers and employment. Graduates are sought after by judicial and law-enforcement authorities (general jurisdiction courts, commercial courts, prosecutor’s offices, investigative agencies, internal affairs bodies, etc.), defense attorney’s offices and notary offices, state and municipal authorities, commercial and non-commercial organizations as well as educational organizations. The major employers are the Administration of Justice Department in the Stavropol Territory, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Stavropol Territory, the Federal Bailiff Service Directorate in the Stavropol Territory, the Bar Association of the Stavropol Territory, ministries and agencies in the Stavropol Territory, the Stavropol City Administration, and others.
