Accreditation. State accreditation.

Awards and achievements. Students pursuing the educational program are winners and laureates of all-Russian research and creative contests and holders of the Moscow Government Scholarship.

Teaching staff. Training is provided by 46 teachers, including seven Doctors and 36 Candidates of Sciences. Among the teachers are Honored Workers of Higher Education, research fellows, consulting psychologists, educational psychologists, mental health professionals.

Facilities and resources. There are classrooms with multimedia equipment, computer classrooms with modern software, a psychological laboratory and a laboratory of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics with psychodiagnostic materials, and a sand
simulation room.

Education. Students can pursue full-time and part-time study, and training is practice-oriented. Students develop teamwork, interpersonal communication, decision making and leadership skills through group discussions, role plays, workshops, case studies. While studying, students master imaginative techniques in psychological counseling such as sand play, sand modeling, art therapy, metaphorical mind maps in psychological counseling, learn how to work with devices such as Eyetracker and Cardiocode in their research and consulting activities.

Research. Visual techniques used in psychological counseling and psychocorrection. Introduction of visual kinetic modeling (VKM) in the consulting psychologists training system.

Competitive advantages. The program content is determined based on the analysis of requirements imposed on educational psychologists by the job market, the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education and professional standards, Russian and foreign
best practices adopted with the participation of leading experts in counseling. While studying, students can pursue supplementary professional programs at the same time.

Employers and employment. Students undergo practical training at social, psychological counseling and rehabilitation centers, educational organizations, family and children outreach centers. The rate of graduates employed according to their formed competencies
is 78%. RosNOU graduates in Psychology work at specialized centers, become employees of major companies specializing in various fields and can engage in private practice.
