Accreditation. State accreditation.

Awards and achievements. Students are winners and laureates of all-Russian research and creative contests, holders of the Russian Government Scholarship for active participation in events of public importance in Moscow.

Teaching staff. Training is provided by 46 teachers, including eight Doctors and 30 Candidates of Sciences. The teaching staff includes Honored Workers of Higher Education, research workers, and educational psychologists from educational institutions in Moscow.

Facilities and resources. There are classrooms with multimedia equipment, computer classrooms with modern software, a psychological laboratory and a laboratory of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics equipped with psychodiagnostic materials, and
a sand simulation room.

Education. The program offers full-time and extramural modes of study, and training is practice-oriented. Students develop skills of teamwork, interpersonal communication, decision making, leadership through group discussions, role-plays, workshops, case studies.
Bachelor’s students learn how to provide psychological counseling for the school community, carry out diagnostic and developmental activities involving children and teachers, organize and conduct workshops and prevention programs, personal development and psychological education programs, create a comfortable and psychologically safe learning environment.

Research. Psychological and pedagogical support of general and professional education. Current issues in modern education. Visual techniques of psychological counseling and psychocorrection.

Competitive advantages. The program content is determined based on the analysis of requirements imposed on educational psychologists by the job market, the Federal State Education Standards of Higher Education and professional standards, Russian and foreign
best practices adopted with the participation of leading experts in psychological and pedagogical education. Employers’ representatives are engaged in the educational process. While studying, students can pursue supplementary professional programs at the same time.

Employers and employment. The rate of graduates employed according to their formed competencies is 83%. Students undergo practical training at kindergartens, schools, and colleges, which offers them the opportunities to improve their professional competencies 
and gives them a competitive edge in employment in their degree field.
