Awards and achievements. The program has successfully passed state accreditation and meets the requirements of Federal State Higher Education Standards. The graduation diploma is recognized by ICAO and EASA.

Teaching staff. The education is carried out by highly qualified teachers that are qualification certificate holders and have practical experience of working in the industry at various positions. Managers and employees of operational enterprises and scientific organizations of the industry that produce equipment for aviation fuel supply organizations are involved in teaching.

Facilities and resources. Two specialized laboratories: "Chemistry and Aviation Fuel Supply" and "Aviation Materials Science and Aircraft Repair." The classrooms are fitted with up-to-date audiovisual equipment, the laboratories are fitted with training stands that use real samples of aviation equipment, etc.

Education. The educational process at the Department includes profound engineering training and combines the best traditions of Russian school with modern technologies. The students have practical training and complete final qualification papers at the major companies of the industry. A postgraduate education option is available.

Bugaev Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation, Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation, Rosneft-Aero, LUKOIL-AERO, RC Tupolev Service,  TN-Aviaservice, 25th State Research Institute of Chemmotology of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Moscow State Aviation Repair Plant of Voluntary Society for the Promotion of the Army, Aviation and Navy, NPO AGREGAT. Universities of China, Czech Republic, France, and other countries.

Competitive advantages. The graduates become employed at the departments of major Russian companies: Aeroflot, Rossiya, S7 Airlines and others, as well as operational enterprises of civil aviation that provide high salary and career opportunities. Graduates are able to work not only in the aircraft fuel supply sphere but also in the aircraft maintenance sphere and other areas of oil and fuel supply. Among the graduates are employees of Sheremetyevo, Aero-Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo Fuels Services, companies that provide aircraft fuel supply, as well as ICAO (Montreal, Canada).
