Awards and achievements of the educational program. This program successfully underwent professional-public accreditation at the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Career Development and state accreditation, as well as external accreditation evaluation of compliance with the provisions of the professional standards at the Center for Planning and Utilization of Labor Resources of Gazprom in 2016.

Teaching staff. The Bachelor’s program is implemented by the highly qualified teachers inclduing Doctors and Candidates of Engineering Sciences, postgraduate students.
University partners within the educational program. The university implements training modules at the sites of such enterprises as the Transneft Siberia oil transportation company, the Antipinsky Refinery, KogalymNIPIneft, the branch of the LUKOIL-Engineering company, the Neftegazproekt research and design institute, the Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg gas transportation company, the Surgutneftegaz oil and gas company, the Tyumen Oil Research Center.
The departments cooperate with the RN-Uvatneftegaz oil and gas company, the RN‑Burenie well drilling company, Eurasia Drilling Company, the Gazprom-Burenie well drilling company, Siberia Service Company, PetroAlliance Services Company, etc.
Students’ and alumni’s achievements. Students are frequent holders of various research grants, winners and prize winners of Olympiads. Alumni are employed at leading Russian and foreign oil and gas companies: Rosneft, Gazprom, Gazpromneft, LUKOIL, Surgutneftegaz, Novatech, BP, Total, Shell, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, and others. The employment rate is 100%.
Facilities and resources. The university has 13 comfortable dormitories, laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment, computer classrooms with software, drilling simulators, which allows students to simulate well construction processes.
Opportunities for students. Students undertake their internship at the sites of leading oil and gas enterprises of the Tyumen Region and other regions with a paid work position. During their studies students can independently choose individual education plans, attend courses to obtain a trade qualification, participate in conferences, seminars and Olympiads of different levels, receive awards and grants for scientific research results and achievements, participate in academic exchange programs and in R&D.
Employment prospects. Production engineer (oil and gas well drilling, well completion), technician, supervisor (well cementing, drilling fluids, etc.), drill operator, design engineer, laboratory assistant (drilling fluids and grouts).
