University partners within the educational program. The university cooperates with the Higher School of Economics, Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM), Moscow Civil Engineering Institute. The CiscoAcademy is established within the university. To provide high-quality training, the university cooperates with such organizations as the Main Computer Centre of the Russian Railways company, the Moscow Center of SPARC-technologies, the Informzaschita (Information Protection) company, Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defense Concern, the Autodesk CIS company, etc.

Students’ and alumni’s achievements. Ninety-five percent of alumni of the department are employed within their degree field at private and state companies such as the Institute Giprostroymost and the Giprotransmost bridge construction companies, the Roszheldorproekt construction design company, Moscow Energy Company, and others.

Students win various contests such as the contest of the best graduation theses, the UMNIK youth scientific innovation contest, and others.

Facilities and resources. Students attend classes in specialized lecture halls with projection, audio and video equipment, laboratories and computer classrooms. Training is provided using programmatic simulators and real equipment.

The university organizes various circles and classes in creative teams. All non-resident students are accommodated in a dormitory.

Opportunities for students. During their studies students can obtain an additional academic CCNA certificate as part of the CiscoAcademy’s training program.

Internships are undertaken at partner organizations or as part of the training program for employer-sponsored students. Students mainly undertake work placement at enterprises. Giving an assignment for a Bachelor’s thesis, teachers take into consideration individual preferences and possible employment opportunities at a partner organization.

The university implements a massive international student exchange program.
