Programme presentation. The basic educational programme in “Ecology and Nature Resource Management” is delivered within the area of training “Ecology” and is followed by the Master’s degree programme. Students are provided with educational, methodological and scientific literature and have an access to electronic educational resources.
As of today, the research and educational centre operates on the basis of the University. The activity of this centre is intended to ensure the improvement of education quality and the effectiveness of educational and methodological and research activity through the implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process.

Teaching staff. About 80% of teachers taking part in the organization of the educational process have academic degrees and titles. Specialists in fishery of the Sakhalin Region and Far Eastern Federal District are involved in the delivery of the educational programme.
